As a Special Interest Division of the Council for Exceptional Children (CEC), the Council for Children with Behavioral Disorders (CCBD) is a community of educators dedicated to supporting students with emotional and/or behavioral disorders and those whose behavior puts them at risk for failure in school, home, or community.
